- 1Invest into the companyInvest in the joint-stock company that owns the project and the property. We aim to raise an additional 2 million dollars to construct more cabins, a large restaurant/coworking/living room, an event hall, a prefab house construction factory, a spa, and a children's natural edutainment center, all while adding a touch of magic to the forest. Average Return on Investment (ROI) is estimated at 20%+ in two years and is expected to grow.
- 2Revenue Generating UnitWe build the cabin for you, and we share the revenue 50/50. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is projected at 6 years. There are already 6 investors in this program who get the revenues. We have several cabins to offer from $20k to $80k.
- 3Your Own Land with a HousEWe are planning to establish a small village with around 20 land parcels, each approximately 1,000 sq/m. For this we will start our own prefab house construction factory. You can either reside there or rent out your house. It will be your private property
- 4LoanWe are open to accepting loans for a year, offering a competitive 10% interest rate.
- 5Your Own House in a Nearby VillageWe can assist you in finding a house with land in the nearest village (already 5 parcels bought). You can either live there or rent out your house.

Share Registration Guidelines

We will send you the contract and Articles of Association so that you can get acquainted with the documents.

Both sides will sign the documents and exchange the scanned copies.

We will process the transfer of the title to the shares on your name based on the power of attorney or in person
* Please mind that the expenses on share registration are on the side of the shareholder (approximately $40)
Power of Attorney
You have to notarize the power of attorney, notarize the first page of your international passport and send the documents to Georgia.
In person
Arriving in Tbilisi for one day, you will go to the registrar with us. This procedure takes around 1 hour.
