The project is situated on 12 hectares of beautiful forest of rare Caucasian Wingnut trees, spring of drinking water, little Koianikhevi river in the middle of the land and one big Kabali river along one border of the land, with a great rocky plateau and a view on Caucasus mountains. You can walk freely around the territory, finding small lagoons to swim, hammocks, places to sunbathe, meditate, and read a book. It is a place to explore yourself. Our team is also happy to show you around — we give a tour around the property to every guest

Dafna
We converted an old guard post into a little house with a veranda. Though it stands near the entrance and there are some cars and people passing by, it is a cosy little cabin close to everything -- community house and showers. Veranda is a great place to work in silence yet enjoying greenery from the window.
Forest Cabin
Try a simple life in a small wooden hut with a little terrace. There are two beds that can be moved together in a room with two windows and high ceiling. Small working desk with a chair. The cabin is cool in summer and warm in winter. Toilet and the hot shower is just 20 metres away.
Space Ship
These cabins were designed by Kosmos Architects after scouting local markets for accessible materials and inspired by local modern self-made architecture style of the villagers. As a result we’ve received Spaceships that had an emergency stop in the magical forest. It is 6 metres tall cabins with a cosy living room with a big window and working desk, attic bed with panoramic view, small bedroom for a child or a friend that will soon be converted into a wc/shower room. It can fit up to 5 people, but is more comfortable for a couple.
Bukhrints’a
It is a 7 metres tall cabin with a cosy living room with a big window, custom made sofa, table and working desk. There is an attic bed with a panoramic view and small bedroom for a child or a friend. You can also use it as a cabinet or a storage room. It can fit up to 4 people, but is more comfortable for a couple. The hot shower and wc is just 20 metres away. It is cool in summer and warm in winter.
Sashvi
This tiny house has everything you need: big bed, work desk, huge terrace with a gorgeous mountain view, small bath and toilet. It is comfortable all year round. Shashvi means Blackbird.
Cicinatella
There is a very comfortable trailer with everything you need to try road romantics. Double bed, livingroom space with folding table that can be used as additional sleeping space, fully equipped kitchenette -- gas stove, fridge, sink. Nice wc: shower, sink and toilet. Outside sitting area in the forest. If you ever considered big travel with your house on wheels but never tried it -- we offer you a great opportunity.
Circus Tent
We have 6 tents colorfully decorated as circuses for people to stay in. Experience a roaming circus lifestyle. Each tent has a wooden platform, two mattresses that can be put together, electricity and a lamp. It is cheap and comfortable for sleeping - but could be hot under the scorching Georgian sun.
A-Frame
We have 5 A-frame cabins, each of them is a super tiny and simple cabin to have a connection with nature. It has an open terrace with a view over mountains and Kabali river. One part of the A-frame roof can be lifted up transforming a tiny A-frame into one open space together with a terrace. Each A-frame cabin has electricity, two beds that can be joined together or separated. Public toilets and showers are within 30-70 metres range from the A-frame cabins.
A-frame Zgharbi . Located under an old mulberry tree this A-Frame cabin has a beautiful view on the Caucasus gorge. Zgharbi means Hedgehog.
A-frame Tsikvi. Squirrel. Overlooking Caucasus Gorge. Tsikvi means squirrel.
A-frame Iremi. This A-Frame cabin is standing in the corner of our land, overlooking mountains and a big Kabali river plateau. Iremi means Deer in Georgian.
A-frame Melia .Is hidden in the bushes and is standing on the edge of the forest, overlooking Kabali river rocky plateau. Melia means fox.
A-frame Tagvi. Is hidden in the bushes and is standing on the edge of the forest, overlooking Kabali river. Tagvi means mouse.

Village House
Our community has 4 village houses in Kveda Pona village, two of which used for team and community members to live and two are being renovated right now to host guests who want to experience village rural life. Each house has a big garden with lots of fruit and nut trees that we also use for our cooking or just eat them raw. Each house has around 1 acre of land.
Guests houses in the village will have 3-4 separate rooms to live, each having shower and toilet and separate entrance. One of the houses will have a hostel dorm for 8 people. Each house will have communal kitchen and living room in which our guests will be able to cook, organise smaller events. These houses are perfect for groups to stay in, especially if they need their own space to gather. Also it will be more economically accessible for long term rentals for those guests who want to stay near the project for a month or more. We have a lot of people asking for it.
People can also find a house to buy in our village.

ABOUT THE FOUNER
vanya MITIN
The founder, Vanya Mitin, is an Israeli entrepreneur who is working with communities and community spaces around the world. He created the concept of “anticafe" or “pay-per-minute cafe" or “time-cafe" that was copied more than 5000 times around the world. He was a founder of the international chain of pay-per-minute cafes called Ziferblat that had more than 30 places from UK to Mongolia, including Ukraine, Slovenia and Russia. Also he is co-founder and concept creator of Bolotov.Dacha — a cozy hotel in nature 100 km away from Moscow and Bolotov.Village with more than 70 houses built for the community. He left Russia in 2018 to Israel because of disagreement with the political situation in Russia.
