Booking and payment
Reservations are made on our website with full 100% prepayment. Payment can be made by direct transfer to our account. After making a booking on the website, you will be sent a booking voucher and payment details to the email address you have provided. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email to your email address.
If you want stay longer
• Long stay rate: from 3 nights −10%
• Forest life: from 14 nights −15%
• Magic rate: from 30 nights −20%
Cancellation policy for individual bookings
In case of cancellation, we offer the possibility to consider rescheduling the booking for alternative dates. If such an option is not possible, the following rules apply for cancellations:

- More than one week before check-in: 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 50% of the prepayment will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before check-in: The prepayment is non-refundable.
Food service
You can order food for the whole duration of your stay when you book your room. We advise you to do this in advance because it will cost 10% more on a location. You can read more about our cuisine here
Coming with pets
We are a pet-friendly place. You are welcome to stay with pets in all houses.
An additional fee per pet is added when booking online after selecting a lodge.
